Khalid Al-Mansoori – Executive Director
Khalid Al-Mansoori serves as the Executive Director of Alhumar Real Estate, steering the company’s vision and overseeing all operations. With 15 years of experience in the Gulf real estate sector, Khalid has spearheaded landmark projects, including luxury residential developments in Qatar. A graduate of the London School of Economics with a focus on Real Estate Economics, he is renowned for his strategic leadership and ability to forge key partnerships. Under his guidance, Alhumar has grown into a trusted name for premium property solutions.
Omar Al-Harbi – Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
As Chief Strategy Officer, Omar Al-Harbi shapes the long-term direction of Alhumar Real Estate, ensuring the company adapts to evolving market conditions. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and brings over a decade of experience managing high-value property portfolios in the GCC. Prior to joining Alhumar, Omar played a pivotal role in launching large-scale urban developments in Saudi Arabia. His keen market insights and ability to identify growth opportunities have been instrumental in driving Alhumar’s regional expansion into promising new markets.
Fahad Al-Nuaimi – Director of Client Relations
Fahad Al-Nuaimi leads the Client Relations division at Alhumar Real Estate, ensuring unparalleled service for the company’s international clientele. Fahad earned a degree in International Business from the American University of Sharjah and has 12 years of experience managing high-net-worth clients in the real estate sector. Before joining Alhumar, he oversaw VIP client services at a leading Qatar property firm. Fahad’s focus on client satisfaction and his understanding of luxury real estate needs have been key in strengthening Alhumar’s reputation for excellence.
William Harrington – Director of USA Branch
William Harrington oversees Alhumar Real Estate’s operations in the United States, leveraging over 12 years of expertise in luxury property and international investments. A Columbia University graduate in Urban Planning, William began his career managing upscale residential projects in New York before transitioning to advising high-profile clients on investment opportunities in cities like Los Angeles and Miami. At Alhumar, he focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the U.S., using his deep market knowledge to secure valuable opportunities and build investor trust.
